One group of volunteer teachers, conducted by a trainer, begin a self-training course to develop awareness of the causes and forms of malaise that pervades school in its various aspects (teachers, students, families). The group arrangement allows emotional transformation in the thinking of the group. The process brings to light a greater sensitivity to facing discomfort; at the same time it strengthens communication and group cohesion. This is an operation that allows teachers to feel more competent when seeking strategies to address malaise in school.
