It seeks to illustrate, from within these centers, how these dynamics question and reshape the initial training of social workers. Drawing on resources (Lescouarch and Adé 2015), norms and requirements, evolving relationships to knowledge, training design, and students’ quests for meaning reveal controversies and pedagogical structuring efforts aimed at fostering congruence between training practices and work situations. | ||
