It also highlights the impact of caregiver-patient relationships on the perception of nudity in care, emphasizing the need to respect patients’ privacy and consent. Modeling the caregiver/patient human dimension highlights the importance of structure, contextual aspects, and social phenomena in interpersonal relationships. The article addresses recent societal transformations that shape practices in modern thermal facilities.
520			_aCe travail examine l’évolution de la nudité dans l’histoire des thermes, en se concentrant sur la représentation artistique des hommes et des femmes à travers le temps. Il a été présenté lors des deuxièmes Assises franco-marocaines du thermalisme qui se tenait à la faculté de médecine, maïeutique et métiers de la santé, les 17 et 18 octobre 2024. Cette étude souligne l’impact des relations soignant-soigné sur la perception de la nudité dans les soins, en mettant en avant la nécessité de respecter l’intimité et le consentement des patients. La modélisation de la dimension humaine soignant/soigné met en exergue l’importance de la structure, de l’aspect contextuel et des phénomènes sociaux au niveau des relations interpersonnelles. L’article aborde les transformations sociétales récentes qui façonnent les pratiques dans les installations thermales modernes.
