520			_aWithin the SOLOCAL project, this study shows how Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) can act as a lever for organisational transformation in an industrial soup value chain. The work brings together two actors based in Western France: the company SILL and the Terre de l’Ouest cooperative. We implemented a mixed approach combining LCA with a participatory process (regular workshops, interviews, observations, questionnaires). The first workshop assessed initial knowledge, presented a baseline scenario that highlighted the chain’s main hotspots – the stages contributing most to overall impact – and then served as the basis for co-designing alternative scenarios. Within this framework, LCA creates a space for dialogue and a shared strategy. Next steps will examine organisational, economic, social and political barriers in order to translate these findings into operational decisions.

Ce travail réunit notamment, deux acteurs implantés dans le grand Ouest l’entreprise SILL et la coopérative Terre de l’Ouest. Une approche mixte a été mise en place associant ACV et dispositif participatif (ateliers réguliers, entretiens, observations, questionnaires). Le premier atelier a évalué les connaissances initiales, présenté un scénario de référence mettant en évidence les principaux hotspots de la filière (étapes les plus contributrices à l’impact global), puis servi de base à la co-conception de scénarios alternatifs. Intégrée à ce cadre, l’ACV ouvre un espace de dialogue et de stratégie partagée. Les prochaines étapes analyseront les freins organisationnels, économiques, sociaux et politiques afin de traduire ces résultats en décisions opérationnelles.
