520			_aToday, the world is experiencing profound transformations, marked by unprecedented digital and societal advancements. Higher education is not exempt from these changes. In this context, responsible pedagogical innovation emerges as a crucial driver: it goes beyond the mere adoption of new methods, encompassing the integration of ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible values, in order to reform the missions of public higher education—particularly the teaching mission—which calls for a legal reassessment. The challenge is to determine how the law can frame and promote responsible pedagogy, now recognized as both a normative and practical requirement, while ensuring equitable access to university education and aligning skills with societal and environmental needs. Such reflection paves the way for a redefinition of the missions of public higher education, with a particular focus on teaching.
520			_aLe monde aujourd’hui se trouve au cœur de vastes mutations, marquées par des avancées numériques et sociétales sans précédent. L’enseignement supérieur n’échappe pas à ces transformations. Dans ce contexte, l’innovation pédagogique responsable apparaît comme un vecteur fondamental : elle ne se limite pas à l’usage de nouvelles méthodes, mais implique également l’intégration de valeurs d’éthique, de durabilité et de responsabilité sociale, afin de réformer les missions de l’enseignement supérieur public, et plus particulièrement celle de la formation, qui appelle une relecture juridique. L’enjeu est donc de déterminer comment le droit peut encadrer et promouvoir une pédagogie responsable, désormais exigence normative et pratique, tout en garantissant un accès équitable à la formation universitaire et une adaptation aux besoins sociétaux et environnementaux. Une telle réflexion ouvre la voie à une redéfinition des missions du service public de l’enseignement supérieur, en particulier celle de formation.
