Has the increase in the number of teaching sites in Quebecer universities democratised access? Quebecer universities have been implementing this strategy of regionalisation and diversification of university activities for close to 60 years. It has enabled them to achieve their access goals. Government support has contributed to increased enrolment. Its aim has never been to manage enrolment growth, but rather to create it. It has been deployed in political contexts that have differed in many respects, but with one thing in common: the pursuit of increasing enrolment. | ||
