| 520 | _aThe collective skills that emerge from the interactions between the actors of social dialogue contribute to the establishment of quality social dialogue. However, research has not been interested in defining them and specifying the conditions for their emergence and explicitation. The objective of this article is to examine how collective social dialogue skills are constructed, to propose a framework for analyzing the process of emergence of skills and to illustrate it through a case study. The analytical framework, built from the literature on collective skills, is completed by the specificities of social dialogue. The case study conducted within a social economy organization highlights the different collective actors, individual skills and interactive experiences involved in the development of collective social dialogue skills. | ||
