520			_aBackground: As a significant therapeutic breakthrough, the new targeted therapies (TT) for breast cancer are associated with specific side effects that require rigorous clinical monitoring and high- quality supportive care. Recognized as a medical practice in France since 1998, homeopathy is utilized by 30% of oncology patients, making it the leading complementary therapy in integrative oncology in the country. Recent studies have reported high patient satisfaction rates (up to 80%) in managing symptoms such as pain, fatigue, anxiety, and nausea. Methodology: Based on the recommendations of the International Homeopathic Society for Supportive Care in Oncology, scientific literature, and their clinical experience, the authors explore homeopathic care protocols specifically tailored to the new TT. Results and Discussion: While targeted therapies represent therapeutic progress, they demand comprehensive and high-quality care. Improving tolerance to these innovative treatments enhances compliance, quality of life and, consequently, survival rates. Due to the absence of significant side effects and drug interactions, homeopathy provides a high safety profile, making it particularly valuable option for targeted therapies with a narrow therapeutic index. Easy to implement, the therapeutic recommendations presented in this article are provided for guidance only and are not intended to replace individualized homeopathic consultations. Their purpose is to provide oncologists with limited training in homeopathy, as well as homeopathic physicians without specific expertise in oncology, with a prescribing tool that is both reliable and easily accessible. These recommendations are not intended to replace individualized prescriptions based on the principle of similitude specific to the homeopathic method but may serve to complement them. Clinical studies are necessary to evaluate the clinical benefits of these recommendations.
