520 _aHow does the organization of collective teacher work supporting the deployment of alternative educational approaches raise issues of professionalization? This is what we propose to examine through a study of a group of teachers who initiated and implemented an educational project primarily aimed at breaking away from “conventional” teaching in favor of practices based on cooperation. The article shows how the organization of this group’s work activates professionalization dynamics aimed at developing and sustaining alternative practices within the school.
