520			_aThis article explores a series of actions that took place during the revolutionary moment, while seeming not to be a part of the revolutionary mobilization. Notably, it focuses on the multiplication of illegal constructions within working-class neighborhoods in Egypt and Tunisia. How should we interpret those massive, locally coordinated actions that occurred during the revolutionary conjuncture? The article suggests analyzing these phenomena as indicators of effective transformations of power relations between the governing apparatuses and the governed.

Quelle place donner à ce type d’actions, massives, coordonnées à une échelle très locale, qui se déploient durant la conjoncture critique des révolutions?
