520 _aThis study aims to identify the factors that enhance knowledge sharing and how they relate to the managerial innovation capacity of digital nomads. A quantitative approach using a survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 84 digital nomads from 12 companies present within three coworking spaces in Agadir, Morocco. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to investigate the research design and multiple indicators were utilized in the data analysis to examine the relationship between knowledge sharing and managerial innovation capacity. The results indicate that knowledge sharing positively influences the managerial innovation capacities of digital nomads. This study concludes that coworking spaces play a crucial role in facilitating knowledge sharing among digital nomads, leading to higher managerial innovation capacity. Additionally, individual, organizational, and technological factors impact knowledge sharing among digital nomads, ultimately contributing to increased innovation capacity. JEL Codes: M15
