520			_aIntroduction : L’élaboration d’une cartographie des processus n’est pas une chose aisée, car au-delà de la détermination des processus-clés de l’organisme, elle peut difficilement décrire toutes les interactions, sous peine de devenir incompréhensible. C’est dans ce contexte que l’Hôpital militaire de Rabat souhaite revoir sa cartographie des processus pour qu’elle converge vers la cartographie de référence proposée par l’Agence nationale d’appui à la performance. Celle-ci a pour objectif la standardisation et l’amélioration des cartographies fonctionnelles des systèmes de production de soins. Méthodes : Afin d’assister les agents de l’Hôpital militaire de Rabat (directeur, médecins, infirmiers, etc.) dans leur démarche de convergence vers la cartographie de référence, nous proposons dans cet article l’application d’une méthode de convergence sur la cartographie actuelle de l’Hôpital afin de guider ses agents dans leur démarche d’élaboration d’une cartographie des processus optimale respectant les recommandations en matière d’urbanisation des systèmes d’informations tout en restant conforme aux orientations stratégiques. Résultats et discussion : Les résultats obtenus à l’issue de l’application de cette méthode à la cartographie initiale de l’hôpital dénotent un impact fonctionnel et organisationnel positif notamment en matière d’optimisation des flux entre processus.
520			_aOptimization of the HIS process mapping of the Military Instruction Hospital Mohammed V Introduction: Development of process mapping is not easy, as, apart from identification of the key processes of the organization, mapping can hardly describe all of the interactions involved without becoming incomprehensible. In this context, the Rabat Military Hospital decided to review its process mapping to align it with the reference mapping proposed by the National Agency for Performance Support, which is designed to standardize and improve functional mapping of healthcare production systems. Methods: To assist the Military Hospital in this convergence process, this paper proposes the application of a convergence method on the current hospital process mapping, in order to guide hospital agents in the development of optimal process mapping, complying with guidelines for urbanization of information systems while remaining consistent with strategic guidelines. Results and discussion: The results obtained from application of this method to the initial hospital process mapping indicate a positive functional and organizational impact, particularly on optimization of the flow between processes.
