520			_aRésuméLe présent article propose une première mise en forme de résultats obtenus dans le cadre d’une recherche clinique à propos de l’expérience subjective de consommation de médicaments psychotropes. Deux temps sont retenus. Le premier explore l’intérêt d’une analyse du discours à partir des concepts de Ricœur de récit, de mise en intrigue et d’identité narrative. Le second, sur la base d’un extrait d’entretien, articule la première analyse avec une analyse s’appuyant sur l’hypothèse de l’inconscient. Il tente de mettre en évidence comment la consommation de médicaments psychotropes peut s’inscrire au cœur des conflits intrapsychiques du sujet.
520			_aThe present article proposes the first draft of results obtained within the frame of a clinical study about subjective experience of psychotropic drugs consomption. It will be dealt with in two stages. First, discourse analysis will be explored according to Ricœur’s concept of plot waking and narrative identity. Secondly, on the basis of an interview extract, the first analysis will be articulated with an analysis based on the hypothesis of the inconscious. We will attempt to show that psychotropic drugs consumption may be part and parcel of the intrapsychical conflicts of the subject.
