520			_aRésumé Les situations d’urgence, de « crise », à l’adolescence, tendent à plonger les adultes entourant l’adolescent (parents, professeurs, éducateurs, médecins...) dans un climat très particulier fait à la fois de confusion, d’inquiétude et d’excitation qui s’avère extrêmement contagieux et qui donne le sentiment d’être « empêché de penser ». Une attitude thérapeutique consistera à résister à la « tentation d’agir », en se mettant en mesure de se décentrer, et de contenir les projections archaïques d’angoisse. Ceci afin de pouvoir reconstruire un espace pour penser où quelque chose de l’ordre du soin puisse commencer à s’inscrire.
520			_aSummary During the adolescence period, the emergency crisis situations, leads adults living with teenagers (parents, teachers, educators, patricians..) towards a very peculiar atmosphere made out of a mixture of confusion, anxiety and excitement This situation is truly very contagious and drives to the feeling of being unable to think. Putting oneself in a position of standing off the centre, and holding back the archaic projections of anxiety, a therapeutic attitude will consist in resisting the “temptation of action”. This is all meant to rebuild a new “environment to think” where something related to a treatment can start.
