A partir de contentieux qui les opposent à plusieurs préfectures, les co-auteurs du Bureau des dépositions, avec le conseil d’avocats, confrontent et associent deux droits, rarement reliés, et qui, pourtant, participent ensemble de processus de frontiérisation : le droit de la propriété intellectuelle et le droit des étrangers. En associant ces droits, comment œuvrer à leur possible politisation ?
