| 520 | _aRésuméL’approche clinique du travail policier et de son cadre institutionnel met ici l’accent sur l’analyse des idéologies défensives de métier comme « réponse » à l’épreuve de réalité que représente toute activité professionnelle, mais aussi comme réponse à l’imaginaire social en ce qu’il contribue à orienter l’image de la profession.Les processus psychosociaux sollicités par le port de l’uniforme, et notamment la problématique uniformisation-différenciation, contribuent à la construction d’un esprit de corps étayé sur l’enveloppe groupale et producteur d’un discours réactionnel à la suspicion qui pèse sur cet appareil d’Etat. Les concepts de stratégies défensives collectives de la psychodynamique du travail sont ici mis en perspective avec ceux d’enveloppes psychiques et d’idéologie de la psychologie sociale clinique. | ||
