520			_aRésuméPar définition, la manière dont la psychanalyse maintient une perspective historico-structurale sur le groupe et le corps préserve des effets de masse. Son exercice groupal repère d’autant ceux-ci ; d’où l’intérêt des groupes psychanalytiques inclus dans un établissement de soins et particulièrement en psychiatrie. L’histoire de celle-ci montre comment elle ne se dégage d’un régime d’enfermement et d’attachement qu’en élaborant en permanence la compréhension du groupe et du corps. Cette compréhension vaut par un rapport de métastabilité avec le bain socio-culturel où elle prend place et par ce qu’elle peut regarder de sa propre histoire et de celles de ses patients. Tout régime totalitaire, qu’il soit d’une collectivité ou d’un individu, vise à « arrêter » les mouvements de groupe et les mouvements du corps et ce peut ne plus être une métaphore.
520			_aThe fact that the psychoanalytic perspective on the group and the body is, by definition, historical and structural enables it to shield them both from mass effects. And since in psychoanalytic group practice these effects are all the more readily noted, it is important to establish psychoanalytic groups within psychiatric hospitals. The history of psychiatry indicates that the only way to stop locking up and restraining patients is to continually strive to understand the group and the body. This understanding depends on the level of metastability in a given sociocultural environment, as well as on psychiatry’s ability to take into consideration its own and its patients’ histories. Any totalitarian regime, whether led by a collective or by an individual, aims to impede the movement of bodies and of groups. And that may not merely be a metaphor.
520			_aResumenLa perspectiva del Psicoanálisis considera la historia y la estructura. Esta perspectiva garantiza contra los efectos de masas. Esto beneficia al cuerpo y al grupo. Por lo tanto, es importante que los grupos psicoanalíticos puedan existir en los hospitales psiquiátricos. La psiquiatría debe respetar el cuerpo y las posibilidades de grupos. Sólo puede hacerlo si critica su propia historia, para no encerar y atar más. Así, puede respetar la historia de cada persona. En cualquier régimen totalitario, se « detiene » los movimientos de los grupos y los movimientos del cuerpo. A veces, ya no es una metáfora.
