520			_aDans le contexte des brutales mutations engendrées par la mondialisation ultralibérale, la notion d’« acédie » permet de désigner la position dépressive produite par les changements catastrophiques qui frappent les organisations. La « résistance au changement » est devenue une arme idéologique pour disqualifier toute forme d’interrogation ou de réticence s’opposant aux transformations imposées par un management totalitaire qui, en méconnaissant les dimensions psychiques et culturelles du travail et du rapport au travail, devient catastrophique, produit et/ou renforce les refus de ce qu’il prétend mettre en œuvre. Lorsque les mesures en question ne sont pas rationnellement aberrantes, socialement régressives et humainement destructrices, des dispositifs d’accompagnement prenant en considération l’expérience et le vécu de menace des sujets peuvent permettre d’élaborer leurs difficultés d’adaptation et soutenir une appropriation effective des changements nécessaires.
520			_aCatastrophic change, acedia and resistance to changeIn the context of the brutal mutations engendered by ultraliberal globalisation, the notion of “acedia” is useful in designating the depressive position produced by the catastrophic changes affecting organisations. “Resistance to change” has become an ideological weapon to disqualify any form of questioning or reticence opposing the transformations imposed by a totalitarian management, which, by disregarding the psychic and cultural dimensions of work and of people’s relationship to work, becomes catastrophic, producing and/or reinforcing the rejection of what it claims to implement. When the measures in question are not rationally aberrant, socially regressive, and humanly destructive, modes of support that take into account a subject’s experience of being menaced can help to elaborate his or her difficulties of adaptation, and sustain an effective appropriation of the necessary changes.
520			_aCambios catastróficos, acedia y resistencia al cambioEn el contexto de las brutales mutaciones generadas por la mundialización ultra-liberal, la noción de « acedia » permite designar la posición depresiva producida por los cambios catastróficos de la cual sufren las organizaciones. La « resistencia al cambio » se ha vuelto una arma ideológica para descalificar toda forma de interrogación o de reticencia que se opone a las transformaciones impuestas por un management totalitario que, al conocer mal las dimensiones psíquicas y culturales del trabajo y de la relación al trabajo, se hace catastrófico, produce y/o consolide los rechazos a lo que pretende iniciar. Cuando las medidas en cuestión no son racionalmente aberrantes, socialmente regresivas y humanamente destructivas, los dispositivos de acompañamiento que consideran la experiencia y el vivido de amenazas de los sujetos pueden permitir elaborar sus dificultades de adaptación y sostener una apropiación efectiva de los cambios necesarios.
