Au quotidien, institution et groupe sont soumis aux effets de présence réciproques et avec risques de confusion. Lorsqu’une rupture de ce type menace le cadre institutionnel, un travail de symbolisation de la limite doit s’effectuer entre les deux fondateurs afin de maintenir les invariants du cadre. Cette régulation demande la création de dispositifs fonctionnant en réseaux, incluant le groupe, l’institution et l’extra-institutionnel. La contenance et l’emboîtement des enveloppes retrouvés permettront au groupe de symboliser son lien à l’institution et d’affirmer son identité. L’exemple d’une clinique groupale en institution de résidence illustrera les enjeux et les processus d’une telle problématique.

This space is guaranteed by a contract and alliances concluded between the two co-founders of the group, the institutional representatives and the therapists: the institutional group cradle. Day-in, day-out, institution and group are subjected to the reciprocal effects of presence, with attendant risks of confusion. When a rupture of this kind threatens the institutional setting, a work of symbolisation of the boundaries must occur between the two founders in order to maintain the invariants of the setting. This regulation requires the creation of settings functioning as networks, including the group, the institution and the extra-institutionnel. Once the containing capacity and interlocking of the envelopes has been rediscovered, it will allow the group to symbolise its links to the institution and assert its identity. The example of a group clinical experience in a residential institution will illustrate the issues at stake and the processes of this problematic.

Cuando una ruptura de este tipo amenaza el encuadre institucional, un trabajo de simbolización del límite debe efectuarse entre los dos fundadores para mantener lo invariable del encuadre. Esta regulación demanda la creación de dispositivos funcionando en red, incluyendo al grupo, a la institución y a lo extra institucional. La contenencia y el encaje de envolturas rencontradas permitirán al grupo de simbolizar su vínculo con la institución y afirmar su identidad.
