520			_aL’Unité de soins intensifs du soir ( usis) ponctue une prise en charge institutionnelle de plusieurs années par des groupes thérapeutiques fermés. Ce second temps du traitement favorise l’expression d’affects dépressifs liée à la subjectivation des adolescents dans le groupe et au souvenir des attaques que chacun a pu adresser dans les différents espaces de l’institution dans laquelle ils ont grandi. Nous illustrons, à travers l’évolution d’un groupe thérapeutique, combien le cheminement vers la fin du groupe constitue une mise au travail de la problématique de séparation conjuguée par ces différents niveaux d’intrication : la séparation d’avec l’institution, la séparation d’avec le groupe et la séparation intra-psychique du processus d’adolescence. La fin du groupe vient convoquer les origines, et, dans l’élaboration de la perte, le processus d’adolescence s’appuie sur un intense travail d’historicisation qui œuvre au développement du refoulement en permettant la création du souvenir.
520			_aThe Evening Intensive Care Unit (USIS) supplements institutional care over several years in closed therapeutic groups. This second phase of treatment encourages the expression of depressive affects linked to the subjectivization of the adolescents in the group and to the memory of the attacks that each of them initiated in the different spaces of the institution in which he/she grew up. By looking at the evolution of a therapeutic group, I will illustrate how the path towards the end of the group implies working on the problem of separation at different levels: separation from the institution, separation from the group, and intrapsychic separation from the process of adolescence. The end of the group introduces the questions of origins and, in the working-through of loss, the process of adolescence is based on an immense work of historicization which facilitates the development of repression by permitting the creation of memory.
520			_aLa Unidad de Cuidados Intensivo de noche puntúa una asistencia institucional de varios años por grupos terapéuticos cerrados. Este segundo momento del tratamiento favorece la expresión de afectos depresivos relacionados con la subjetivación de adolescentes en el grupo y con el recuerdo de ataques que cada uno ha podido dirigir en los diferentes espacios de la institución en la que crecieron. Ilustramos, a través de la evolución de un grupo terapéutico, cómo este camino hacia el final del grupo constituye un trabajo de la problemática de separación conjugada por diferentes niveles de intrincación: la separación con la institución, la separación con el grupo y la separación intra-psíquica del proceso del adolescente.El final del grupo convoca los orígenes y, en la elaboración de la perdida, el proceso del adolescente se apoya en un intenso trabajo de historicización que abre al desarrollo de la expulsión permitiendo la creación del recuerdo.
