Après un rappel concernant la définition du traumatisme psychique et les différents types de traumatisme qui peuvent être rencontrés (premier et deuxième point), les circonstances et modalités d’intervention sont précisées (troisième et quatrième point). L’auteur insiste sur la dimension du lien et précise son approche dans les situations trau~matiques (cinquième et sixième point). La théorie de l’attachement (septième point) constitue une réfé~rence théorique essentielle pour guider les interventions qui ont en commun de placer le thérapeute comme base provisoire de sécurité familiale (huitième point), tout au moins dans les suites à court terme d’un traumatisme. A moyen et plus long terme, un travail complexe doit être mené où s’entrecroisent la fonctionnalité familiale et les représentations individuelles et groupales (neuvième point). Enfin, la dimension des croyances, la transcendance et la spiritualité sont mentionnées comme particulièrement importantes dans la dimension d’une résilience familiale.
520			_aPreliminary thoughts on therapeutic intervention with families confronted to a psychic trauma~tism.The work articulates on ten points. After recalling the definition of psychical traumatism and of the different types of traumatism (first and second point), the circumstances and the modes of intervention are specified (third and fourth point); the author insists upon the magnitude of the bond and makes clear the approach of this in the traumatic situations (fifth and sixth point). The theory of attachment (seventh point) constitutes a theoretical essential reference to guide the interventions which have in common to place the therapist as provisional basis of family security (eight point), at least in the short term followings of a trauma~tism. In the medium and longer term a complex work has to be made where intersect the family’s functional~ity and individual and group’s representations (ninth point) finally, the dimension of the believes, the tran~scendence and the spirituality are mentioned in the dimension of family resilience.
520			_aReflexiones preliminares a una intervención terapeútica en favor de los familias que sufrian de un traumatismo psíquico.Este trabajo se divide en diez puntos. Despues de una llamada de la defini~ción del traumatismo psíquico y de los diferentes tipos de traumatismo que pueden se observar (primero y segundo puntos), se precisan las circunstancias y los modos de intervención (tercero y quarto puntos). El autor insiste sobre la dimensión del vínculo y precisa su acceso a las situaciones traumaticas (quinto y sexto puntos). La teoría de la attadura (séptimo punto) constitute una referencia teórica esencial para diri~gir las intervenciones que transforman el terapeútico come una base provisional de la seguridad familiar (octavo punto) durante los consecuencias del traumatismo a corto plazo. A medio y largo plazo se debe efectuar un trabajo complejo donde se entrecruzan el funcionamiento familiar y las representaciones indi~viduales y del grupo (noveno punto). Al fin, se mencionan la importancia de las creencias, del trascen~dente y del aspecto espiritual, todo lo que esta muy importante para la « resilience» de los familias.
