Témoin des difficultés liées au vieillissement de ses travailleurs et aux conséquences du passage à la retraite, l’E sat de Landivisiau envisage une offre de services diversifiée et coordonnée sur le territoire. Cette démarche se veut animée d’un esprit partenarial, en collaboration transversale et pluridisciplinaire en direction des retraités dans leur environnement. À l’appui d’une évolution récente des politiques publiques concernant le handicap, l’établissement s’est engagé dans une recherche de solutions intra et extra-institutionnelles pour un accompagnement singulier et adapté à chacun dans le respect des projets de vie.

Observing the difficulties of aging workers and the consequences of their going into retirement, the Esat (protected work structure) of Landivisiau is thinking of offering them diversified and coordinated services in the region. This approach is driven by a strong desire for partnership. It must be lead in a spirit of transversal and pluridisciplinary collaboration for retired people and their environment. Based upon the recent evolution of public politics in the field of handicap, the establishment has become involved in looking for intra and extra institutional solutions in order to offer individual help adapted to all while still respecting their life projects.
