After an inventory of how training works, the author shows that there was a good degree of consensus at the beginning on the need for a fairly modest level of reform of the system of social work training. However, this evolved towards a government announcement of a completely new basis for the training model. This announcement leaves open some major questions, such as how the apparatus of the training system should be restructured. | ||
