| 520 | _aRésuméCet article s’appuie sur une recherche sociologique de type clinique menée durant près de trois années auprès d’une équipe de guichetiers d’un bureau de poste de la banlieue parisienne. Cette recherche porte sur la transformation du lien social et subjectif que les guichetiers entretiennent à leur travail et à leur institution, sous l’effet des changements issus de la modernisation (Hanique, 2004).Le travail que nous présentons ici met en évidence les différents niveaux de modification d’une activité apparemment inchangée. Il montre que sous l’effet de la modernisation, les référents traditionnels de l’action qui régissaient l’activité du guichetier se transforment profondément, sans pour autant proposer des référents pertinents alternatifs. Face à cela, il apparaît que les guichetiers, loin de renoncer à leur activité, tentent de mettre en œuvre des éléments susceptibles de combler l’impéritie de l’organisation. | ||
| 520 | _aThis article is based on sociological research of a clinical type carried out over almost three years and involving a team of clerks in a post office in the suburbs of Paris. This research concerns the transformation of the social and subjective link that the clerks have with their work and their institution, under the effect of changes that have come from modernisation (Hanique, 2004).The work which we present here shows the different levels of modification of an apparently unchanged activity. It shows that under the effect of modernisation, the traditional referents of the action that governed the clerks’ activity are deeply transformed, yet without proposing alternative pertinent referents. In the face of this, it seems that the clerks, far from giving up their activity, try to implement elements that might compensate for the incapacity of the organisation. | ||
