En même temps, parallèlement, se manifestent des formes de mondialisation politique : ainsi le projet onusien. Alors, quels liens entre l’économique et le politique ? Comme l’illustre le dernier tiers du XXe siècle, les grandes poussées de mondialisation sont dues à des facteurs technico-économiques, mais ceux-ci sont difficilement dissociables de l’esprit général de l’époque. Ces facteurs technico-économiques peuvent contribuer à remodeler le politique. Mais celui-ci constitue un niveau spécifique, autonome. La mondialisation technico-économique n’est portée par aucune finalité. Elle est toujours à la merci de l’imprévisible. | ||
