520			_aAfin de rendre compte des processus politiques et sociaux à l’œuvre dans la sortie de guerre, ce dossier explore la production de l’action publique dans des secteurs fréquemment négligés par les spécialistes du « post-conflit ». Il se situe ainsi à rebours des approches exceptionnalistes du « post-conflit », focalisées sur les bouleversements induits par la guerre et sur des dispositifs singuliers visant la construction de la paix ( peacebuilding). L’enjeu est donc de repérer empiriquement les articulations entre la guerre, les efforts visant à y mettre fin, et d’autres sphères d’action publique. L’article introductif relie cette posture à des travaux récents insistant sur l’ordinaire dans les situations de guerre, propose un bref état des lieux de la recherche et s’attarde sur les principaux objectifs du dossier : réfléchir aux usages multiples de la catégorie de « post-conflit » dans la fabrique de l’action publique et retracer les diverses manières dont un passé guerrier peut avoir une emprise sur les politiques publiques.
520			_aThis special issue aims to account for some of the political and social processes at work in the aftermath of armed conflicts ; by the same token, it explores the production of public policies in sectors frequently neglected by “post-conflict” specialists. As such, it stands in contrast to the exceptional approaches of “post-conflict”, which usually focus on the upheavals brought about by war and on the social and political engineering of peacebuilding. Our challenge is to empirically identify the links between war, endeavours to bring an end to it, and other spheres of policy action. The introductory article links this approach to recent scholarship emphasizing the “ordinary” during war situations, proposes a brief state of the literature and presents the main objectives of the special issue : to analyse the multiple uses of the “post-conflict” category in the production of public policy and to trace the various ways in which a violent past bears an influence upon policy-making.
