520			_aDans une étude récente, le théologien de Strasbourg Philippe Vallin met vigoureusement en relief l’originalité de l’Église du Christ par rapport aux religions et son aptitude à conduire « à la désaliénation réciproque et à l’accomplissement conjoint du fait religieux et du fait culturel ». Son « hypothèse » est ici présentée dans sa cohérence, ses points forts sont soulignés, mais aussi ses limites. Du même coup se trouvent indiqués les défis auxquels sont affrontées les Églises chrétiennes face à la diversité des cultures et à la modernité.
