(m.1111). Its originality rests in the integral recognition of the biblical Scriptures as a place of “correction” of Christian christology. The article lays out the key scriptural arguments and underlines the weaknesses of the argumentation. More profoundly, it is concluded that christologies exist within Islam and that there is the possibility of a renewal of Islamic-Christian theological dialogue on the basis of the Bible and Muslim traditions.
