| 520 | _aSi jusqu’au milieu du siècle dernier, le pardon était considéré comme le privilège de la conscience religieuse individuelle, il s’invite désormais au plan politique. Trois exemples le montrent : l’Union européenne, les Commissions vérité et réconciliation (CVR) et la justice reconstructive. Ces formes de pardon institutionnel ont pour effet de réajuster les grandes sphères de relations réfléchies par Paul Ricœur (avoir, pouvoir, valoir) et de retrouver des éléments fondamentaux oubliés de nos traditions du pardon. | ||
