520			_aRésuméL’histoire des espaces humides (marais, étangs, tourbières, etc.) a été peu abordée jusqu’ici par les historiens français. Espaces longtemps déconsidérés et perçus par les élites politiques et scientifiques comme nuisibles à l’homme et inutiles à l’économie, ils attirent aujourd’hui l’attention des pouvoirs publics. Il appartient aux historiens de donner à ces espaces une dimension temporelle encore insuffisamment développée.
