520			_aLa médiation transculturelle hospitalière est un dispositif sollicité au détour de difficultés rencontrées entre le patient et l’équipe soignante pour élaborer un projet de soins commun et partagé, difficultés identifiées comme étant en lien avec des malentendus culturels. Nous proposons qu’au-delà du travail d’explicitation et de conciliation qu’il propose, ce dispositif possède un second niveau d’action plus implicite et directement lié à la question du binôme médiateur culturel – médecin animateur. Cet article original est le fruit d’une réflexion personnelle enrichie d’une revue de littérature non exhaustive sur la médiation transculturelle mais aussi les rapports entre pouvoir et savoir au sein de l’institution hospitalière. Nous verrons en quoi l’illustration d’une synergie entre savoir profane et savoir expert par le binôme permet de restaurer la parole du patient et lui redonner une place centrale dans un projet de soins accepté par les deux parties.
520			_aTranscultural hospital mediation is a procedure solicited when difficulties encountered between the patient and the healthcare team to develop a common and shared care project, identified as being linked to cultural misunderstandings. We suggest that beyond the work of explanation and conciliation that it allows, this procedure has a second level of action more implicit and directly related to the question of the pair cultural mediator - doctor. This original article is the result of a personal reflection enriched by a non-exhaustive literature review on transcultural mediation but also the relationship between power and knowledge within the hospital. We will see how the illustration of a synergy between profane knowledge and expert knowledge by the pair helps to restore the patient’s words and restore it to a central place in a hospital care project accepted by both parts.
520			_aLa mediación transcultural hospitalaria es un dispositivo solicitado a raíz de las dificultades encontradas entre el paciente y el equipo de atención médica para desarrollar un proyecto de atención común y compartido, identificado como vinculado a malentendidos culturales. Proponemos que más allá del trabajo de explicación y conciliación que propone, este dispositivo tiene un segundo nivel de acción más implícito y directamente relacionado con la cuestión del binomio mediador cultural - animador médico. Este artículo original es el resultado de una reflexión personal enriquecida por una revisión bibliográfica no exhaustiva sobre la mediación transcultural, y también sobre la relación entre el poder y el conocimiento dentro del hospital. Veremos de qué manera la ilustración de una sinergia entre el conocimiento profano y el conocimiento experto por parte de la pareja ayuda a restaurar el habla del paciente y restaurarlo a un lugar central en un proyecto de atención aceptado por ambas partes.
