520			_aRésuméPeut-on, et doit-on, créer un musée du monde moderne ? Une sélection d’objets serait impuissante à contenir la modernité et ne la représenterait que pauvrement. Comment montrer l’abstraction, l’artifice, la complexité ? Comment saisir le temps présent ? On propose ici une double possibilité, à la condition de séparer l’actualité de l’innovation. L’actualité ferait l’objet d’une saisie multimédia et d’une projection permanente, après tri et sélection. La réflexion sur l’innovation, étayée par un matériel plus statique, évoquerait l’homme futur, déjà actuel, s’efforçant d’échapper à ses limites, y compris corporelles, par la miniaturisation et le gigantisme.
520			_aCan we, should we create a Museum of the contemporary world ? A selection of objects would not be capable of embrassing modernity and would only poorly illustrate it. How are we to show abstraction, artifice, complexity ? How to deal with the present ? The paper suggests a double possibility, providing present-day topics and innovation are separated. Multi-media would deal with present-day topics, together with permanent carefully selected projections. Innovation, shown through a more static material, would address the question of the future man, already present, trying to escape his own limits, including body limits, through both miniaturisation and gigantism.
520			_aZusammenfassungKann und soll man ein Museum der Moderne errichten ? Wäre die Auswahl der Objekte der Moderne gegenüber nicht machtlos und würde sie nur ungenügend wiederspiegeln ? Wie sollten Abstraktion, Künstliches und Komplexität wiedergegeben werden ? Wie sollte die jetzige Zeit erfasst werden ? Die Autorin schlägt dazu in diesem Artikel eine Doppelstrategie vor, die Aktualität von Innovation trennt. Ausgewählt Aspekte der Aktualität würden im Museum durch multimediale Darstellung und durch Projektionen erfasst werden. Innovation hingegen würde eher statisch aufbereitet und sich vor allem mit der Frage nach dem zukünftigen Menschen beschäftigen – mit seinem Verlangen Grenzen, auch körperliche, durch Mini- oder Maximisierung zu überschreiten.
