| 520 | _aFace aux discours cherchant à stigmatiser l’étranger, à le présenter comme un danger sinon un problème, le Réseau Éducation Sans Frontières (RESF) construit à double titre une critique plus radicale qu’elle pourrait paraître au premier abord. Le RESF remet en cause les représentations et les perceptions xénophobes de l’altérité par le biais de son entrée tout à fait spécifique sur ce sujet : les enfants scolarisés et leurs familles sans-papiers. Nous montrerons tout d’abord comment cette entrée ne lui permet pas simplement de sensibiliser, du point de vue humanitaire, à sa cause. Elle lui permet surtout de faire découvrir l’autre comme victime exploitée, dépendante, opprimée. Ensuite, le RESF construit cette critique de la xénophobie en utilisant un mode d’organisation tout à fait original : la structure en réseau. Nous montrerons comment celle-ci lui permet d’élaborer une critique sociale là où les organisations traditionnelles n’y parviennent plus. | ||
| 520 | _aRESF (Réseau Éducation Sans Frontuères ; Education Network Without Frontiers) constructs a more radical criticism of discourses that stigmatize the foreigners than it could seem at first. On the one hand, because RESF approaches the problem from the angle of the children of school age and of their undocumented families, this association questions the xenophobic representations of the otherness ; so it is possible for RESF to display the other as an exploited, dependant, oppressed victim. On the other hand, RESF uses a very original way of organization for constructing this criticism, the network one. This kind of organization allows to elaborate a social criticism conversely the traditional organizations that cannot any longer take this stand. | ||
