520 _aAsking workers what they think about their wage leads to bring to light a singular intellectuality: that of differences in wages. They thus analyse the different ways workers are treated in the factory concerning wages. Moreover they discuss the criteria on which the rise in wages should be based. They argue that a regular increase in wages and a real career should be possible for every worker in the factory. They propose a new analytical framework; the category of “wage” is not thought as such.
