520			_aLes auteurs présentent un cas de schizophrénie paranoïde avec antécédent de matricide. L’étude de ce patient, tant au travers de ses propos, de ses comportements que par ses productions picturales remarquables, vient nous signaler l’importance primordiale que tient le corps propre dans toutes les manifestations de sa psychose. Mais cette référence au corps n’en demeure pas moins une des coordonnées normales du désir. C’est ce que nous rappelle Lacan en faisant valoir que les dimensions du grand Autre, du phallus et du corps sont étroitement articulées dans la clinique et constituent finalement bien les coordonnées du désir pour tout un chacun selon qu’il est névrosé, pervers ou psychotique. Aussi, Lacan réinscrit-il la psychose dans la structure normale du sujet : « Le psychotique est normal dans sa psychose et ailleurs, parce que le psychotique, dans le désir, a affaire au corps ». (Séminaire « L’identification ») et ainsi de rappeler que, pour la psychanalyse, « Le désir humain se doit d’inclure la folie ».

We are reminded of that by Lacan when he stresses that the dimensions of the Great Other, of the phallus and of the body are strongly articulated from the clinical point of view and are, in the final analysis, coordinates of desire for each and every one of us according to whether there is neurosis, perversion or a psychotic problem. Thus Lacan so to speak reinserts psychosis into the normal structure of the person. “The psychotic person is normal in his or her psychosis and elsewhere because he or she, when desiring, is dealing with the body.” (Seminar on “Identification”) He thus reminds us that, for psychoanalysis, “Human desire must include insanity.”
