520			_aLes mineurs non accompagnés souhaitent avant tout coller à ce qu’ils perçoivent comme la demande de l’autre, qu’il s’agisse de ceux qui mandatent au pays ou des éducateurs du pays d’accueil. Cela rend difficile tout travail d’élaboration psychique qui imposerait de baisser la garde. Cette contribution expose le dispositif proposé par une consultation hospitalière transculturelle dite de deuxième ligne aux mineurs non accompagnés. La première rencontre est structurée de façon à permettre au jeune qui est reçu de se déprendre des assignations dont les jeunes migrants sont l’objet et de reprendre la parole en son nom. Dans un deuxième temps la psychothérapie permettra au jeune de travailler sur les effets psychiques du parcours migratoire traumatique et sur son histoire dans un mouvement d’aller-retour entre deux temps et deux cultures, avant de s’engager dans la construction d’une identité d’avenir.

This presents difficulties for any work of psychic elaboration that would require lowering one’s guard. This article explains the system proposed by a so-called second-line transcultural hospital consultation for unaccompanied minors. The first meeting is structured in such a way as to allow the young person to free himself from the assignments that young migrants are subjected to and to once again speak on his own behalf. Then, psychotherapy will allow the young person to work on the psychic effects of the traumatic migration journey and on his history in a back-and-forth movement between two timeframes and two cultures, before engaging in the construction of an identity for the future.
