520			_aLe présent papier s’inscrit dans l’approfondissement des travaux sur les compétences émotionnelles en lien avec la performance sociale dans un secteur sujet à de fortes émotions et peu étudié à notre connaissance : le secteur public de la fiscalité. Pour mener à bien cette recherche, nous avons mobilisé une méthodologie ethnographique couplée à du qualitatif. Cela nous a permis d’identifier un lien entre les catégories de régulation, d’utilisation, d’identification, de compréhension des émotions et les indicateurs du bien-être tel que l’état d’esprit, la santé mentale, le rendement au travail et l’engagement calculé.
520			_aThis paper is part of the deepening of work on emotional skills linked to social performance in a sector subject to strong emotions and little studied to our knowledge: the public sector of taxation. To carry out this research, we used an ethnographic methodology coupled with qualitative research. This allowed us to identify a link between the categories of regulation, use, identification, understanding of emotions and indicators of well-being such as state of mind, mental health, job performance, work and calculated commitment.
