520			_aIl s’agit d’abord de contextualiser puis de problématiser le « modèle de la complexité en mosaïque », qui fait la singularité de l’ontologie cosmogénétique de Chapouthier. Deux questions fondamentales sont alors abordées : quel rôle doit revenir à l’ontologie au sein des différentes problématiques de la philosophie ? Et que faut-il entendre par « droit » lorsqu’on se propose d’accorder des droits à l’animal ? C’est l’articulation entre ontologie, éthique et droit qui se prête à une refondation réorganisatrice. Un dialogue s’esquisse ainsi entre l’anthropologie proposée par Chapouthier et celle qui conduit à « l’humanisme décentré ».
520			_aFirst, the “model of mosaic complexity”, which singles out Chapouthier’s cosmogenetic ontology, is contextualized and problematized. A second step is dedicated to the fundamental questions a/ of the role of ontology among the various philosophical fields, and b/ of the meaning of “right” when one intends to give rights to animals. Here, the whole combination and coordination of ontology, ethics and law needs a new foundation and a reorganization. As a final step, a dialog is outlined between Chapouthier’s theory of human being and the theory leading to “decentred humanism”.
