520			_aAbstractFrom its central role in the founding of the movement to the actions carried out within this framework, the article looks at the many borrowings from a traditionally left-wing discourse in the movement’s strategy. The Roman movement’s treatment of this issue, which combines social matters and identity considerations, seems to illustrate its hybrid nature. The example of CasaPound Italia ultimately raises the question of the conquest of politics through social issues and is as such part of a Europe-wide dynamic.
