520 _aCollaborative workshops, collective intelligence, etc., represent new ways of working for the organizations of tomorrow. Thinking on this issue also concerns teaching. Thus, notions of learning organization and managerial innovation are being applied to, and developed in, the education sector. So how should managerial practices evolve in this context? For this exploratory study, we chose to use semi-structured interviews with management teams, administrative staff, and teachers in order to understand how such a project could be successfully implemented, and what innovative managerial practices this would involve in public middle schools.
