520 _aThis research analyzes the regulation of emotions in occupations involving emotional incidents: police officers, emergency workers, teachers, call center agents. Various theoretical frameworks are used: from organizational behavior, psychology, sociology, and HRM. Through case studies, the analysis of the emotional component at work reveals different resources and emotion regulation strategies. A comparative framework of the different maturity levels of HRM processes of the professions studied reveals the concept of organizational emotion regulation.
