520 _aOn November 5, 2024, the fourth and final conference in the series dedicated to integrative health and chronic diseases was held at the French National Assembly. Organized by the Institut Rafaël in partnership with the Integrative Health Chair at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, ELSAN, and Docaposte, and with the support of Sandrine Josso, member of the French National Assembly, the aim of these conferences was to provide a framework for discussion around integrative health and the challenges it faces, from medical, political, economic, social, and societal points of view, as well as in terms of patient experience. Hosted by Alain Toledano, these roundtables were an opportunity to bring together experts in their fields to discuss specific themes. The closing conference featured contributions from experts on the themes of the patient experience, the financing of health and social innovation, the support of local authorities and their elected representatives, the vision of hospital groups regarding support for those suffering from chronic diseases, and the role of integrative medicine in reducing sectarian drifts. It ended with the presentation of the David Servan-Schreiber Integrative Health Prize to two recipients. This article summarizes the ideas presented at this latest conference.
