520 _aIn recent years, there has been increasing interest among businesses in environmental and climate issues, as expressed through their Corporate Social Responsibility. The present research focuses on employees’ perspectives on these issues. We explore the effects of managerial actions to combat climate change on organizational identification and organizational commitment. Based on a sample of 310 employees, our structural equation modeling analysis highlights an indirect effect of the perception of the action on employees’ affective commitment through organizational identification. We further discuss our results and propose managerial recommendations.
