520			_aWe report the case of a young man hospitalized in a psychiatric ward for a schizophrenic relapse and who presents recurrent tonic-clonic epileptic seizures concomitant with attempts at genital self-mutilation and self-enucleation in the context of RESLES (reversible splenial lesion syndrome). The patient was treated with the aim of achieving remission of schizophrenic symptoms and also with a view to investigating the etiological factors of the tonic-clonic seizures causing these serious self-mutilations.
