It was carried out as part of an action research in a French company, a subsidiary of a major world oil group. To interpret the observations, we used social exchange theory as the main analytical framework. The results reveal that the mobilization of human resources is a complex phenomenon with multiple sources, probably compensatory and multiplying. | ||
