520			_aLa paranoïa est une notion bien installée en psychiatrie adulte, mais suscite des questions en pédopsychiatrie. L’intérêt heuristique de cette catégorie a pourtant déjà été mis en lumière par le passé. Grâce à la psychothérapie d’un enfant de 6 ans, nous souhaitons ouvrir une réflexion sur les outils de la psychopathologie psychanalytique. Aujourd’hui, nous pensons qu’il existe deux approches dominantes dans la psychanalyse de l’enfant, à savoir le paradigme de la position psychique et le paradigme structural. Au terme de cet article, nous soutenons l’hypothèse que, loin d’être des orientations inconciliables, la position et la structure révèlent différents plans de l’expérience analytique. La première nous offre une phénoménologie psychanalytique alors que la seconde nous permet une anthropologie psychanalytique de la paranoïa dans l’enfance.
520			_aParanoia is a well-established concept in adult psychiatry, yet it continues to raise questions in the field of child psychiatry. The heuristic value of this category has, however, already been highlighted in previous work. Drawing on the psychotherapeutic treatment of a six-year-old child, we aim to initiate a reflection on the tools of psychoanalytic psychopathology. Today, we believe that two dominant approaches can be identified in child psychoanalysis: the paradigm of the psychic position and the structural paradigm. At the end of this article, we argue that, far from representing irreconcilable orientations, the notions of position and structure in fact illuminate different dimensions of the analytic experience. The former offers a psychoanalytic phenomenology, while the latter enables a psychoanalytic anthropology of paranoia in childhood.
