520			_aRésuméLa réforme de la tarification à l’activité est à ce jour en place avec un taux de « T2A » dite à 100%, c’est-à-dire une rémunération des hôpitaux à partir des tarifs des séjours nationaux. La réforme poursuit son cours avec une liste de séjours pour lesquels, chaque année, un tarif unique entre le secteur public et le secteur privé est appliqué, et ce, en vertu de la politique de « convergence tarifaire intersectorielle » appliquée.
