520 _aEcole des Ponts ParisTech has designed a hosting program for refugee students (Programme d’accueil pour les étudiants réfugiés, PER), whose objective is to support students in developing the skills needed to create a professional project or to resume higher education. This program is a multidisciplinary educational response to the societal challenge of welcoming and including students in exile. This article presents the PER and its theoretical background: a training program and personalized support by a dedicated and multidisciplinary team. We analyze the program and the factors that brought it about. The surveys carried out show that the PER seems to have a certain impact on a societal scale and we analyze its levers in relation to the program’s transferability to other higher education institutions.
