Les déformations du pied qui y sont associées sont fréquentes et ont un impact significatif sur les capacités fonctionnelles des personnes atteintes.L’objectif de cette revue est de faire un point actualisé sur la maladie de CMT, de décrire les différentes déformations du pied observées dans ce contexte et de passer en revue les principaux axes de la prise en charge, tant orthopédique que chirurgicale.Pour ce faire, une recherche bibliographique a été réalisée sur PubMed en utilisant les termes suivants : Charcot-Marie-Tooth, foot deformities, foot surgery et orthotics.

Foot deformities associated with CMT are frequent and have a significant impact on patient’s functional abilities.The aim of this review is to provide an updated overview of CMT, describe the various foot deformities observed in this context, and review the main aspects of management, both orthopedic and surgical.Searches on the PubMed database was conducted using the search terms: Charcot-Marie-Tooth, foot deformities, foot surgery and orthotics.
