| 520 | _aThe aim of this article is to explore the meaning that SME managers give to their work, as well as their conception of a job well done. To do this, we link the three etymological components of the French word “sens” (meaning) to the three sources of value created by work. Analysis of fourteen interviews conducted with SME managers reveals a very positive outlook on work, despite the challenges they face. It also makes explicit their concept of a job well done. | ||
